The Rochester City School District is proud to announce the 2019 School Administrators Association of New York State (SAANYS) Region 11 George Vito Administrator of the Year Awards. SAANYS has selected Dominic Pickard as District Level Administrator of the Year and Ricky Frazier as Essential Services Leader of the Year. Former RCSD employee Dr. Bonnie Rubenstein has also been named Retiree of the Year for 2019. They will be recognized at the Region 11 awards ceremony on April 25 at Midvale Country Club.

The second section describes the process that was used to conduct the review of the Rochester City School District (RCSD or “the District”).
